Are there conditions that are not treated?
Yes, treatment is not provided for schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, psychosis, dissociative identity disorder, personality disorders (such as borderline personality disorder), eating disorders, or substance use disorders.

Are controlled substances (e.g., stimulants, benzodiazepines) prescribed?
Controlled substances may be prescribed when clinically appropriate, under strict guidelines. Patients on these medications must follow up every 30 days and adhere to practice policies.

How can appointments be scheduled?
New and returning patients can schedule an appointment through the "Book Your Appointment Now" links on the website. Returning clients can also request appointments through the SimplePractice patient portal.

Is this practice fully virtual?
Yes. All services are provided via secure telehealth for adults located in Pennsylvania & New York.

Are in-person visits available?
All services are provided via 100% virtual telehealth for convenience and accessibility.

Are children and adolescents treated?
Services are available for adults (18+ only). Treatment for children or adolescents is not provided.

Is therapy offered, or only medication management?
The primary focus is medication management, with therapy-informed interventions incorporated into treatment. For patients needing ongoing therapy, collaboration with an existing therapist or referral options are available.

Is insurance accepted?
Yes, select insurance plans are accepted.

Are self-pay options available?
Yes, self-pay rates are available.

Can patients be seen in any state?
Services are available only to patients residing in Pennsylvania & New York.

What should be done in an emergency?
For medical or psychiatric emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Crisis or emergency services are not provided.

Do you work with therapists?

Yes. We welcome collaboration with therapists, including those providing CBT or ERP, and coordinate care when appropriate.

How often are follow-up visits?

Most patients are seen every 4–6 weeks, though follow-up frequency may vary based on treatment stage and clinical needs, with visits occurring at least every 12 weeks.
